Helping to build a potato cannon, (mostly) functioning boat, and battle bot made of junkyard goods helped inspire my love for jumping in and trying new things

Finger knitting, cross stitch, and sewing have all been hobbies since I first jerry-rigged a stuffed animal in 2013 (Vito the Tiger, who preceded to disintegrate over the subsequent years).

Peppers, lavender, basil, squash… anything and everything to turn my culinary creations into something my family and I will inhale!

While training for my first half marathon in October 2023, I have also tried my hand at paddle boarding, kayaking, SCUBA diving, yoga, and tackling Colorado’s 14ers

For as long as I could set pen to paper, I’ve been dreaming of worlds to escape into. My short stories have been featured in magazines, anthologies, and awards. I also self-published my first novel, Faultlines, in 2016
